Udupi, Jan 27: Journalist team defeated rotary community team in a cricket tournament organised by Padubidri Rotary Club and won the 'Republic Cup- 2015' trophy including cash prize.

Match took place between Police team, Public representative team, JC's, Lions, Bus agents team and 8 other teams.





Padubidri Rotary Club president Vishwas V Amin, Rotary assistent governer M G Nagendra, Uchila Ganesh Acharya, Lions president Dinesh Shetty, Kaup constituency BJP general secretary Prakash Shetty Paadebettu, Youth congress state general secretary Abdul Aziz Hejamadi, Ramakrishna Achar, businessman Maiyadi and others were present.

B S Acharya wecomed and Santhosh Achar Padubidri thanked the gathering.
