I think it is foolish to think that Modi can solve all societal problems. Modi can enforce good governance for the nation. Society collectively needs to develop civic sense, uphold cultural values and enforce the rule of law.

I think it is immature and foolish to blame every societal issues on a month old central government.

The world has admired what Modi has done to Gujarat and is in great anticipation of what he is willing to do for the nation. It is unfortunate that the nay-saying citizens of India are unwilling to give him a chance to prove. They have been drinking cool-aid of UPA government all these years and are conditioned to pessimism.

It could be highest and lowest 'reported' cases. In Arab countries, if a woman complains of rape, she is also targeted. So, many cases go 'un-reported'. In American or European countries, there is a thin line between rape and mutual sex. In conservative countries like India, rape is well defined and well reported.

some people comment as if they are uneducated people but always make believe they are very well educated.
The State Govt. has it's law officers everywhere and in this case the culprits have been arrested as soon as possible.
If and when a complain is lodged and Police\law officers do not take action then one can blame the Government.
I hope some people stop commenting here just for the sake of commenting and that too without knowing much about the incident.

Even Fast Track courts have become slow now... Govt should think about it seriously.

Only one way to eliminate rape, crime, goondaism is - No arrest, no trial... only encounter!
