Daft Punk bags album, record of the year Grammys


Los Angeles, Jan 27 (IANS): French electronic music act Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” won the record of the year award and their “Random Access Memories" bagged the album of the year trophy at the 56th Annual Grammy award.

Musicians Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalte’s “Get Lucky” also won Grammy for the best pop duo group performance, while the best dance electronica album award was bagged by their "Random access memories", which also won best engineered album, non-classical at the ceremony.
