Bengaluru, Feb 2: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has cancelled all his programmes scheduled for Sunday due to indisposition.
He was scheduled to visit Ramanagara and Chikkaballapur districts by helicopter and return to the city by evening.
Siddaramaiah visited the Manipal Hospital in Bengaluru in the morning following pain in his legs.
Upon examination, the doctors found that the problem was on account of the extra pressure on the left leg where he had undergone ligament surgery. There was no other serious problem except for the pain the left knee.
Doctors have advised the Chief Minister to take rest without participating in any problems for two days and take complete rest at home.
Consequent to the advice by the doctors, the Chief Minister’s official programmes for Sunday have been cancelled.
