Kundapur, Feb 3: Police have arrested Ananthamurthy Bhat and Praveen on charges of illegally blasting rocks using explosives at Aramanekodlu in Hallihole village.

The accused were granted conditional bail by the court.

Following complaints from the public regarding damage to nearby houses caused by the explosion, the Shankaranarayana police station registered a suo motu case on January 31.
