Bhatkal: One killed, two injured in road mishap

Bhatkal, May 14: One person was killed on the spot when his Activa vehicle collided with a mini truck around 6:30 pm on Monday May 13 near Hotel City Light, Nawayath Colony, National Highway Bhatkal.
He is identified as Mohammed Jafar Siddibapa (60), resident of Al Hilal Street, Magdum Colony, Bhatkal. His wife Khurshida (50) and niece were critically injured and taken to Mangalore.

After post mortem, the body was handed over to the family. A case was registered at Bhatkal town police station.
