As KE’s endeavor to add value to the members and share knowledge, there was talk on “Resonant Leadership” by Ivy Saldanha, director of human resources and administration of Actuant India.
“For those bold enough to lead in this age of uncertainty challenges are immense. Great leaders move us. Resonant leaders, moving people powerfully, passionately and purposefully. They are finding opportunities with challenges creating hope in the face of despair. And they do so while managing the inevitable sacrifices inherent in their roles,” she said.
“Resonant leaders give themselves in the service of cause, but they also care for themselves, engaging in renewal, so that they can sustain resonance over time. Great leaders are resonant leaders and they get results. Great leaders build resonant leadership with those around them. They understand emotional intelligence is the key to success and build relationship with the others,” she stated.
“These resonant leaders, inspiring their organizations and communities to help to reach dreams. They are awake, aware and attuned to themselves, others and to the world around them. They commit to their beliefs, stand strong in their values and live full and passionate lives,” she further added.
Joe Lobo thanked the gathering. Vivon Pinto compered the programme.
