Mangalore: Son Commits Suicide; Father Dies in Misery

Mangalore, Dec 08: In tragic incident, a grieving father breathed his last during the last rituals of his son, near Vittal, here on Saturday December 8.

The deceased has been identified as Guruappa Naik (65), father of Manoj Kumar (23).

It is learnt that Manoj Kumar was a liquor addict. Earlier Manoj worked as a cleaner after he began to work as a daily wage labourer. 

 Manoj Kumar died on the way to hospital after he tried to commit suicide by consuming poison.

    what is wrong with our people? why the government is not using the public's tax money on this poor people who are living in misery?

    Still many poor people work hard and hard yet unable to cope with hand to mouth. It is emotional and sad to hear of Guruappa Naik's death. Obviously he couldn't sustain the grief within.

    Nobody shuold get edicted to alcohol.

    May his soul rest in peace.
