Mangalore: YCS Holds Throwball, Volleyball Tournament at Alangar

Mangalore, Nov 12: Young Christian Students (YCS) conducted volleyball and throwball matches for the Varado YCS youth on Monday November 12.
 
The inaugural function began at 10 am. Parish priest Fr Basil Vas inaugurated and delivered encouraging words to the teams.

District assistant director of Agriculture (DK), Paul F Miranda was also present on this occasion.

Tacode YCS girl’s team won the throwball match and volleyball match was won by Gantalkatte YCS boy’s team.

Altogether 18 teams participated.YCS Varado youth coordinator Fr Vernan Vas honoured the winners.

Animator Ivan Pinto, president Prinson Rego and members of YCS Alangar organized the match successfully.
