Mangalore: 'Nee-Nena Bagavantha' Music Launch on Sep 23

Mangalore, Sep 22: “The music and songs of ‘Nee-Nena Bagavantha’ (Kannada movie) will be released on September 23 at 6pm at the Nehru Stadium in Mangalore,” announced Preetham Sagar, producer, Sai Sagar Creations here at a press meet.

Addressing the reporters, he said that ‘Neenena Bagavantha’ is a movie that features devotional importance and family incidents.

“We have picked up some of the miracles of Sai Baba. It highlights the importance of faith in god, and spirituality,” he added.

On one of the reporters query that since today the market is only for entertaining movies, whether devotional movies will have good public response, Preetham Sagar responded that the intention is not to mint money nor for market, but to highlight the strength of god. Pointing at the success of devotional movies like, ‘Shiradi Sai Baba’ and ‘Shree Manjunath’, he asserted, “Even devotional movies can reach larger audience just like other entertainment movies.”

Explaining the part of songs in the movie, music director Giridhar Dheewan, said “There are as many as six songs. While three are devotional, the rest are family songs.” He added that the entire shooting was done in places such as Udupi, Mangalore and Bangalore in 45 days.

Director Sharath Beelinele and co-producer Dinesh Vamanjoor shared the dais.

Sai Kumar, Sakshi Shivanand, Mandya Ramesh, Mithra Mamatha Rauth, Baby Nihitha Pai, Shrengeri Ramanna, Dinesh Athavar and Sai Prakash are part of the acting crew.
