Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Apr 17: Pallavi (22), a resident of Bolar who was engaged to the man she loved, was set to get married on April 16. However, she mysteriously went missing on the previous day during her mehendi ceremony after going alone to a beauty parlour to apply mehendi.

The groom-to-be, who had been looking forward to starting a happy married life with Pallavi, has been left in shock.

With Pallavi’s full consent, the engagement had taken place, and the wedding date was fixed for April 16. On the afternoon of April 15, she informed her mother that she was heading to a beauty parlour for mehendi application and left the house alone. However, she did not return, and has since been reported missing. Her mobile phone has been switched off, sources said. A missing person complaint has been filed at the Mangaluru south police station.

Pallavi is 5 feet tall, has a fair complexion, a normal build, and long black hair. She is fluent in Kannada, Tulu, English, and Hindi. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is requested to immediately contact the Mangaluru south police station.

What is the stand of the so-called cultural saviors if the woman in question has fled with a man from her own religion or GOD forbids if the man is non-Hindu.

Not normal what this bride has done.If she didnt want to marry, then tell first parents ,then a big amount spent by them for all requirements ,gold food or rest as dowry .can be saved .She can go to hell but after clearing boy too.Why this circus?Make him believe first then disappear?Am sure she has gone willingly and elsewhere or another one .Otherwise she may not go alone to Mehendi.Think will hear from her soon with someoe else.Characterlos person.

Apart from spending lakhs of rupees for engagement and wedding functions the bride abruptly gone somewhere creating unnecessary worries and creating worries. Better the girls tell the facts to their parents and settle down with the man who they love instead of doing this drama

Bride or groom don't escape or go missing in the west. They are free to break up or patch up which is still a taboo in our country.

Honestly, it's better to walk away than end up trapped with a circus of clowns. Some escapes are blessings in disguise. This is a tough situation, but it's a reminder to always watch for red flags, especially unhealthy mother-son dynamics These can seriously affect a marriage before it even begins.Always assess your partner's mental health and emotional maturity before committing.
