Kadaba, Mar 11: A two-wheeler rider lost his life in a collision between a KSRTC bus and a bike near Kaikamba on the Subrahmanya-Uppinangady state highway on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Vinyas (23), son of the late Vishwanath from Cheru, Bilinele village.
The accident occurred near Kotehole in Bilinele village when a bus heading towards Kadaba collided with a two-wheeler traveling towards Kaikamba. Vinyas sustained severe injuries and succumbed on the way to the hospital.
He is survived by his mother and sister.
His body has been kept at Kadaba Hospital. Kadaba police visited the spot, conducted an inspection, and have registered a case.
