Moodbidri, Feb 7: Carmel School buzzed with excitement as grade 3A and 3B students embarked on two captivating learning journeys on January 24. The day celebrated the wonders of nature and the evolution of communication fostering creativity and knowledge among the young learners.
Grade 3A- Wings of knowledge: In grade 3A the classroom transformed into a vibrant forest for the activity ‘Birds and Their Habitat.’ Dressed as colourful birds like peacock toucan parrot duck flamingo pelican swan owl and hornbill the students brought life and energy to the event. They eagerly explored each bird's nest habitat and unique traits deepening their appreciation for the natural world.

Grade 3B - From drumbeats to digital
Grade 3B students delved into the fascinating evolution of communication. From traditional methods like pigeon carriers and drum signals to modern technologies like smartphones and computers the students explored how communication has transformed over time. Through creative presentations role-playing and dress-ups they showcased various communication methods including verbal non-verbal written and digital forms.
Both events were a resounding success thanks to the dedicated efforts of parents and teachers who went above and beyond to make the day memorable. Their support not only enriched the students' learning experiences but also nurtured teamwork creativity and confidence.
It was truly a day to celebrate the beauty of nature the power of innovation and the joy of collaborative learning.
