Mangaluru: Srinivas University Mukka to host 6-day AICTE ATAL Academy FDP

Mangaluru, Nov 6: Srinivas University Institute of Engineering and Technology (SUIET), Mukka, is proud to announce its selection by AICTE's Training And Learning (ATAL) Academy to conduct a 6-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled ‘next-generation energy storage: integrating advanced electronics and sensor technologies.’ The FDP, designed for faculty and researchers, aims to enhance expertise in energy storage solutions incorporating cutting-edge electronics and sensor technologies.

Organized by the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), the programme will be led by chief convener Dr Ramkrishna N Hegde, dean & principal of SUIET, with Dr Naveen Kumar J R, head of the ECE department, serving as coordinator, and Dr Praveen B M, director of research at Srinivas University, as co-coordinator. The FDP is made possible with the support of Srinivas University's esteemed leadership, including chancellor Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, pro-chancellor Dr A Srinivas Rao, vice chancellor Dr K Satyanarayan Reddy, registrar Dr Anil Kumar, Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D (registrar - evaluation), Dr Ajay Kumar (registrar - development), and Dr Adithya Kumar Maiya (registrar - academic & development).

The FDP will focus on emerging advancements in energy storage, highlighting interdisciplinary approaches and practical applications that address current and future technological demands. This event reflects Srinivas University's commitment to contributing to academia and industry by advancing research and teaching in the areas of energy storage and sustainable technologies.
