Mangaluru, Mar 6: Commerce Association has begun its activities for the even semester of the academic year 2023-24 and a session on career guidance was held on March 5 in the college auditorium.

A session on career guidance was taken up by Louis Manoj, member ISTD and assistant professor, department of commerce, Dr P Dayananda Pai-P Sathisha Pai Govt First Grade College (DPDPPSPGFGC) Car Street, Mangaluru.

Career opportunities for commerce students after their graduation and some tips as to how career has to be chosen was dealt in detail. A clarity was made available to the students as to how career when chosen out of passion can make an individual happy and content with the work, he or she is doing in their day to day lives. The session was followed up with questions from the participants.

Varnashree, third BCom C and commerce association secretary introduced the speaker and also proposed the vote of thanks.

Around 35 students participated in the programme.
