Mangaluru, Dec 18: St Lawrence English Medium School Bondel celebrated the nursery and lower primary section school Annual Day under the theme, ‘EMPYREAN’ on December 15.

The event began with the rhythms of Chende by the school children. Fr Rupesh Raveen Tauro the warden of St Philomena Hostel Puttur and former assistant parish priest of Bondel church was the chief guest.

After felicitation, the winners of various competitions, he addressed the gathering and enumerated the tips for better parenting. Fr Andrew Leo D'Souza the president of the programme addressed the parents and warned them about the evil synthes society and to safeguard asked children from them.

The guests of honour Fr Lancy D'Souza, vice president of parish pastoral parishad John D’Silva, vice president of PTA executive committee Ramya Shetty, head mistress of St Lawrence higher primary school Bondel Helen Fernandes, Fr Peter Gonsalves the principal of the school were present.
