Udupi: NAAC confers grade A+ to Milagres College, Kallianpur

Udupi, Nov 26: The National Accreditation and Assessment Council an UGC established body for assessment of quality factors of higher education institutions in the entire nation has conferred A+ grade with CGPA 3.29 to Milagres College Kallianpur. The assessment team visited the college on November 10 and 11 November 2023.

Dr Vincent Alva the principal expressed his joy in obtaining this grade and thanked everyone responsible for the grade.

The assessment team was headed by Dr Jugal Kishore Mishra, Department of Political Science, Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences Bhubaneswar Odisha as the chairman, Dr D k Sharma, Department of Chemistry, University of Rajasthan,Jaipur and Prof. Dr Minu Madlani, Principal KPB Hinduja College of Commerce, Mumbai. The college will remain grateful to the assessment team for their apt work done said Dr Vincent Alva expressing his joy over the grade.

Dr Alva also thanked the president of the college Most Rev Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, the Bishop of Udupi, Fr Vincent Crasta, Secretary of CESU and Fr Valerian Mendonca, Correspondent and joint secretary for their guidance and unceasing support. The managing committee members, Alumni, Parents and PTA, faculty, and students were acknowledged with gratitude by the principal for their huge contribution to the college.
