Beltangady: Sacred Heart College organises guest lecture programme

Beltangady, Nov 11: Sacred Heart College organized a guest lecture programme on 'Emphasizing the significance of top-tier education' was held on November 11, at the college auditorium. Prof Ramesh Salian, professor of economics at the centre for economic studies and planning, School of Social Sciences, JNU New Delhi, served as the distinguished resource person.
 
The event, jointly organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and PG Studies in Commerce (Mcom), saw the esteemed presence of Prof Alex Ivan Sequeira, who presided over the function and extended his best wishes.
 
Nelson Monis, coordinator of MCom, warmly welcomed the dignitaries, setting a positive tone for the programme. Dr Ramesh Salian delivered an insightful lecture, emphasizing the critical role of top-tier education in shaping future leaders and contributing to societal development. He also highlighted how to obtain admissions in JNU and other topmost universities of nation and world.  
 


























 
Prof Alex Ivan Sequeira, in his presidential address, highlighted the importance of such lectures in enriching the academic environment. The collaborative effort between IQAC and MCom showcased the commitment to academic excellence.
 
Concluding the event, Robin Joseph Sera, coordinator of IQAC, expressed gratitude through a well-structured vote of thanks.
