Udupi, May 16: ISTE chapter of ShriMadhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management organized final year students' farewell programme and ISTE annual day in the institute premises on May 13.

Rathnakumar, secretary of the Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education Trust, Udupi was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the achievements of the students are the best advertisements for the institute, and that the students' good words and works reflect the performance of the institute.

During the ceremony ISTE office bearers were felicitated andISTE cell of Electronics and Communication Department received Active department prize for conducting more number of technical activities during 2022-23.

Professor Dr Thirumaleshwara Bhat, principal presided over the function. In his presidential remarks he wished the students for their bright future. In each department two best projects were awarded during the farewell function.

Akshatha Rao, assistant professor, ECE department was the master of ceremony. Sachin Prabhu, Sr assistant professor, ECE department welcomed the gathering, Shrutha V Bhat, ISTE student coordinator gave the vote of thanks. The heads of various departments, faculties and final year students were present in the programme.
