Mangaluru, Jul 25: Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, Pandeshwar on organized Girls Interclass Carrom Tournament on July 23. The students from second and third year of BBA (Aviation Management), BBA ( Aviation Logistics Management) and BBA (Aviation Travel and Tourism) actively participated in the tournament.

The games are meant to boost concentration, build confidence and mental strength in students. Whereas, the victory is in quality of competition and not the final score. Melrin (Aviation Management) and Neha (Aviation Management) studying in final year were the victors of the tournament and the runners up of the tournament were Diya and Nidha studying in final year.

The tournament was planned and organized by professor Maneesh, sports coordinator, Institute of Aviation Studies.

Professor Supriya Adiga, physical director of Srinivas University, City Campus Pandeshwara, was the head referee for the tournament.

Professor Pavithra Kumari, dean, Institute Aviation Studies, professor Kavyashri, course coordinator BBA Aviation Studies, professor Roshin and all other faculties of Institute of Aviation Studies and students from Aviation department supported the players.
