Moodbidri: Investiture Ceremony 2022-23 held at Carmel School

Moodbidri, Jun 22: Carmel School organised the investiture ceremony on 22 nd June 2022 at the school auditorium.

The cabinet members marched in with great enthusiasm to adorn the mantle of leadership and responsibilities entrusted to them. The dignitaries majestically marched in the auditorium with the chief guest Sr Priya Maria, The Joint Secretary of Carmel School Moodbidri.

The programme began by invoking God’s blessings through prayer followed by a prayer dance. A welcome speech and a blissful welcome dance were in accordance to prayer. The chief guest accompanied by other dignitaries, SPL and ASPL were ushered to the dias for igniting the graceful lamp.

The words of oath for the newly elected cabinet were administered by Sr. Jyothi, The Principal. The members of the cabinet pledged to strive their best for the scholastic & cultural achievement and ideals of the school in the presence of Alma Mater through the oath taking ceremony.

The chief guest along with other dignitaries presented and pinned badges for the freshly elected cabinet. Sr Priya Maria, the honourable chief guest addressed the gathering and highlighted the significance of leadership and teamwork in one’s life. She concluded her speech with the revival of John Kennedy’s quote “Ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country”.

SPL master Aaron DSouza delivered the vote of thanks hoping that their leadership and teamwork becomes exemplar for the upcoming generation cabinets in future.
