Mangalore, Mar 9: The post graduate department of commerce, St Agnes College, Mangalore will organize a two-day national level conference on the theme ‘Relevance of customer relationship management (CRM) to India’ on March 14 and 15.
The aim of the conference is to create awareness of CRM and its practicability to industry and academia. Participants from different industries, research scholars and academicians from all over India are expected to take part in this conference.
The conference will be inaugurated by the chief guest, Allen C A Pereira, former chairman and managing director, Bank of Maharashtra at 9.30 am on March 14.
Dr Sr Marie Prem D’Souza, principal, St Agnes College, Mangalore will preside over the programme. Dr Mustiary Begum, professor and chairperson, department of Business Management, Mangalore University will be the guest of honour.
The valedictory function will be on March 15 at 4.30 pm. G G Mohandas Prabhu, president, Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, D.K district will be the chief guest and Sr Marie Evelyn A C, co-ordinator for PG studies, St Agnes College will preside.
