Mangaluru, Apr 12: The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) held at St Agnes College began with the introduction of the speaker Tejashree Narayan, group director Nexeva Group of Companies, by the placement officer Lawren Maria Castelino.

Tejashree explained the main objective of the FDP to be the contribution of every department towards placements which would further lead to increase in admissions for the college.

The resource person divided the staff members according to their departments and conducted a group activity which included, What departments do on a daily basis? The skill sets of each department? And what are the efforts the staff are putting in using the skill sets to achieve placements.

The resource person was accompanied by Vincent Dsouza, founder partner- Jvglobal & Director Naxeva Technology Pvt Ltd.

The FDP ended with the vote of thanks by Relisha, assistant professor department of Chemistry.
