Mangaluru, Mar 22: Srinivas University, Institute of Management and Commerce organised Two Day’s National Level Workshop on Research Methodology and Statistical Data Analysis using SPSS.

Professor M S Kotian Research co-ordinator, College of Allied Health sciences, Srinivas University and Dr Niyaz Panakaje, assistant professor and research guide, Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University were the resource persons who enlightened the participants with their knowledge by conducting hands-on session.

The programme was inaugurated and presided by Dr P S Aithal, vice-chancellor, Srinivas University. He highlighted the importance of the Research Methodology for the researchers at various stages of their research. He stressed the need for conducting series of workshops and has given a lot of inputs regarding importance of research in India and world. This Programme was organised under the guidance of professor Keerthan Raj, dean, Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University.

Dr Sonia Noronha, professor, IMC and convenor of the workshop welcomed the gathering. Professor Yashaswi Ail was the master of the ceremony. On the second day valedictory ceremony was conducted and certificates were distributed to the participants. Sagar Srinivas, assistant professor and Aneesh A K, assistant professor and members of organising committee expressed the vote of thanks.
