Mangalore, Jan 23: As a part of Physio Week ’11, Physio Treasure Hunt 11’ was organized at Vikas College of Physiotherapy on Sunday January 23.
R Ramesh, deputy commissioner of police inaugurated the treasure hunt. Addressing the gathering he said he has never come across such an event before and he found it very interesting. He also wished all the participants good luck.
J Partha Sarthi Palemar, CEO, Vikas Education Trust, Dr Natrajan, principal, Vikas College of Physiotherapy, Dr Eldo Peter, Ireland, Dr Bharath Shetty, principal, City College of Physiotherapy were the guests of honour. Dr U T Ifthikar Ali, convenor, Physio Week ’11 welcomed the gathering.
Treasure Hunt was flagged off by R Ramesh, deputy commissioner of police at Vikas Collge of Physiotherapy and the ending point of the event was at Kadri, near City Hospital.
The treasure hunt is a fun game for the physiotherapy students in which they have to find a treasure hidden by the organizing committee in city. Around 50 people with two-wheeler participated in the event. The competition was held in both boys and girls categories.
