Mangaluru: Shepherds’ International Academy celebrates Graduation Day

Mangaluru, Mar 21: The Shepherds’ International Academy, Attavar (Unit of Hikmah Educational Trust), a well known nursery and primary school in the city, celebrated the Graduation Day for its Montessori-3 students on March 19 at HIF_INDIA Auditorium in Vaslane. The process of marching ahead from baby steps to first leap was filled with grandeur, fun and fervour .

Dr Roshan Shetty, director, consutant surgical gastroenterologist and bariatric surgeon at City Hospital
graced the event as the chief guest and lauded the efforts of the Shepherds’ Int’l Academy and the teachers citing the performance by the students.

Chairman of the school A Mohammed Nisar, principal Lubna Banu and CAO Hasan Yusuf participated in the event. The programme was hosted by Aliza Khalid of Mont-3, welcoming the gathering was done by Sajida Fathima and convened by Sumayya Shaikh and Sameera Sharief.

Mehreen Mujeeb Shaikh of Mont-2 along with her classsmates felicitated her seniors. Sana Mariam, one of the parent spoke a few words on her experience with the Shepherds International Academy. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mohammed Feliz.

It was a fun filled graduation day celebration put up by the children with energy, passion and gratitude. Graduation certificates and medals were distributed by the chief guest, chairman, principal and CAO to Mont-3 students. Children enjoyed taking the selfies in the 'selfie frame' set up specially. The whole programme was supported by the teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
   
The correspondent of the school announced that admissions in Shepherds’ are open for 2022-23 for the nursery and primary classes (MONTESSORI – 1, 2 & 3 and Grade – 1, 2, 3 & 4).
