Mangaluru: Campus interview held at St Agnes College

Mangaluru, Feb 7: A campus interview was held On February 5, 2022, at St Agnes College, (Autonomous) Mangaluru. Students from St Aloysius College and St Philomena’s College were also present for the campus drive. 

The session began with the brief welcome speech given by Lawren Castelino, assistant professor, department of Commerce. The session started with a brief introduction of the company Optum given by Orville Jameson D’Souza, vice-president of India operations.

The second session was regarding medical coding given by Sudipto Kumar Das, manager, medical coding.  He gave detailed information about the medical coding world to the interviewees. The third session was taken by Suhail Siddharth, director of Human Capital. The last session was taken over by Clement Joel Sequeira, head for Talent acquisition. He gave brief ideas and details of the compensation, benefits and the growth of the employees as well as the of the Optum.

Followed by the pre-placement talk the interviewees were given 30 minutes written test. Interviewees completed the written test within the given time and at the end of the session a video was represented. It gave a glimpse of the Company Optum.
