Mangaluru: St Theresa's School oganizes session on Cyber Security

Mangaluru, Jan 7: The students of St Theresa’s School in association with Inchara Foundation had an informative and interactive session for the children of Std I, II , III and IV on Cyber Security by Athena and Manisha.

The session started with a story about a boy Rahul who was addicted to online games. He had started it as pastime but was soon addicted to it. Athena informed the students the dangers of being addicted to online games.

She then asked the children the pros and cons of playing games online. The students enthusiastically answered them. A video was played which was related to cyber crimes and the children were advised to stay safe at all times.She requested the children to immediately inform the parents if anyone asks them personal information and to give it only if genuinely needed.

The students were requested to login to the cybercrime portal where they would receive a badge and a certificate after the completion of the quiz. The session ended with a quiz on the videos played.

The students were energetic and actively participated in this session.
