Mangalore: Fr Muller Homoeopathic College to Observe AIDS Day

Mangalore, Nov 30: December 1 will be observed as World AIDS Day throughout the globe.

The objectives of the day is to make people aware of AIDS and educating the general public about myths and facts about HIV infection.

Fr Muller Homoeopathic Medical College is observing the day in a special manner at Vishwa Mangala Pre-university College, Konaje on the day from 2.30 pm and at St Sebastian Pre-university College, Permannur on December 2 from 11.00 am.

As many as 3,000 plus students of two different PU colleges will witness various programmes related to HIV infection/ AIDS thorough skits, question and answer session and audiovisual display by NSS Unit of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, stated Dr N C Dhole, who is the co-ordinator of NSS Unit, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, Deralakatte, Mangalore through a press release.
