M'luru: Athena Institute of Health Sciences organizes webinar on 'A Glimpse to Qualitative Research'

Mangaluru, Aug 27: The management, faculty and MSc nursing students of Athena Institute of Health Sciences Mangaluru, organized webinar on 'A Glimpse to Qualitative Research' on August 27, 2021.

The webinar started at 9 am. The fourth year BSc nursing students invoked God’s blessing with a prayer song.

Sr Deepa Peter, principal, Athena College of Nursing welcomed the dignitaries and delegates. The webinar was officially inaugurated by lighting the lamp. Sr Aileen Mathais, vice principal, Athena college of Nursing delivered the keynote address, followed by presidential address by R S Shettian, chairman of Athena Institute of Health Sciences.

The first session was on 'Qualitative Research designs' dealt by Dr Judith Noronha, dean, Manipal College of Nursing.

Anil Raj, lecturer, Manipal College of Nursing, took the second session on 'Data Collection methods and analysis'.

The session came to an end with an interactive session. Sharlet Simple D'souza, the organizing secretary proposed the vote of thanks. The webinar was compared by Anaklita Dorina Misquith. Total 280 delegates benefitted from this webinar.
