Bengaluru, Mar 22: It has come to light that the lady featured in the sex CD involving Ramesh Jarkiholi was regularly in contact with a north Karnataka-based legislator for about four months.
This particular MLA used to share every development with a legislator belonging to another party, it is said. But the BJP MLA involved is not identified with Jarkiholi brothers and is with the political faction opposed to Ramesh. Sources said that this particular legislator was aware of the CD about four to five months back.
It is being claimed that this legislator used to call the legislator from the other party from own mobile phone. During the verification of this call records of the lady, it was found that calls were regularly made to the mobile number of the said MLA. The MLA had made mostly WhatsApp calls to the lady. The lady had also called Naresh Gowda and Shravan by using her phone.
The investigation officers have found that the suspected accused involved with the CD case are frequently changing their location. Two journalists said to be the kingpins of the CD and also the lady change their locations almost every hour and that is why they could not be found, the special investigation team sources state.
A few days back it was found that Naresh Gowda was about 200 km away from Delhi. Two teams had gone to Delhi to find him but they did not succeed. Naresh Gowda is accompanied by Shravan and the lady. Shravan is a hacker with skills to hack almost everything. It is said that in the past, the video of a former minister was uploaded by using a proxy server and projected as if it was uploaded in Russia.
