Udupi, Apr 15: The European Commission funded research project to study the water chemistry of Swarna River, which is the main source of drinking water for the town and its suburb, needs a junior research fellow (JRF) available at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT).
The project will have to be completed in 18 months and the applicant should have an MSc in Geology/Marine Geology/Applied geology or related subjects. NET/GATE qualified candidates will be preferred. Those in the final year and expecting their results by June 2010 can also apply.
