Bantwal: Chutuku Sahitya Sammelana to be held on Jan 12 in Vittal

Bantwal, Jan 10: The sixth taluk-level Chutuku Sahitya Sammelana, organized by the Bantwal Taluk Chutuku Sahitya Parishat, will be held on January 12 at the Suvarna Rangamandira of Vittal Pre-University College under the chairmanship of Mulya Shankar Bhat.

Welcoming committee president Venugopal Shetty Maruwal informed during a press conference at Vittal Press Club that the event was postponed from December 29 due to the demise of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

The event includes a procession, flag hoisting, book release, poetry sessions, felicitation ceremonies, Yakshagana, and cultural performances, concluding with a speech by legal officer Vittal Palace Narasimha Varma.
