Media Release

Mangaluru, Sep 17: Since schools and colleges have gone online ever since the COVID outbreak, because of lack of training and proper guidance, it has been observed that many teachers find it hard in engaging online lectures and to control the class. Moreover, not many know about the various functionalities of the online platforms they use and above everything else, the security aspects, to engage classes without encountering Zoombombing and other adversities.

To help the teachers of Karnataka in engaging high impact online lectures, I will deliver a two and a half hour webinar in Kannada, which is free for all to attend, in association with CDAC, ISEA (Information Security Education and Awareness), Cyber Safe Girl and DSERT Karnataka. The workshop is organized specifically keeping the teachers from villages and towns in mind, having limited resources.

To attend the online webinar, the teachers and those who are interested to engage online lectures/coaching are requested to visit the Youtube link below at 10:30 am on Friday September 18.

All the participants will also win a chance to get a copy of the Little Black Book For Teachers, which will help them engage in high impact classes that will make learning pleasurable for the students and increase their level of participation.
