Puttur: Gas tanker topples on Shiradi Ghat, no casualty

Puttur, Apr 28: A gas tanker overturned at the Kidyakallu curve on Mangaluru-Bengaluru national highway near Shiradi on Tuesday, April 28.

The tanker toppled beside the highway. The driver of the tanker lost control due to which the vehicle overturned. The driver escaped unhurt.

Precautionary measures were taken immediately to ensure that there was no gas leakage from the vehicle.

The tanker was later shifted from the spot.
