Kasargod: One more person dies due to non-availability of medical treatment on time

Kasargod, Apr 10: Due to non-availability of medical treatment during a critical time, one more person succumbed on the border area of the district. With this death, the total number of people of the border areas of the district who died due to non-availability of medical treatment during an emergency has risen to 13.

Abdul Saleem (56), a resident of Uppala is the person who lost his life in the latest incident. He was suffering from a heart-related ailment. Though the family members tried to shift him to hospital in Mangaluru two days ago, he was not allowed to cross the border at Talapady. So he was brought back as per the information given by the family members.

    Why this stupid people can't take the patients to kasaragod hospitals ???
    They know border issue is going on from last few days then why simply taking risk and killing your own family members. Hype of foolishness.
