Mangaluru, Feb 24: Sonia Delrose Noronha, assistant professor, department of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University, city campus, Mangaluru, has been conferred Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree, by Srinivas University for her doctoral thesis, entitled ‘A Study on Work Life Balance and Glass Ceiling faced by Working Women in Education Sector’.

Sonia was successfully guided by Dr P Sreeramana Aithal, vice-chancellor, Srinivas University, Mangaluru.
