A citizen from the city had written to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, drawing his attention to the fact that the general public are facing untold miseries on account of these things. In response, the person has received a letter from the office of the Prime Minister on Saturday January 25.
Vighnesh Shenoy, residing at B V S Road opposite Gandhi Maidan here had written to the Prime Minister. Shenoy says he chose to directly write to the Prime Minister, as the MP, ministers, legislators and officials, to whose attention these problems were brought, did not take the issue with the seriousness it deserves. Shenoy says he could not think of any other way but to get things done.
