New Delhi, Oct 2: "Your republic TV channel is sold-out. Arnab Goswami and your TV channel are scared of rapist Swami Chinmayanand. Did you ever report the incidents like Chinmayanand's rape case? Where is Arnab Goswami? Your channel belongs to BJP, right? Why is not your channel standing-up with a young girl who was raped by Chinmayanand? " Aam Aadmi Party's national spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh's heated discussion with TV reporter of Arnab Goswami owned Republic TV channel has been going viral since September 30.

The journalist was determined to get an answer for his question from Sanjay Singh about Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on some other issues. Instead of answering the questions from the reporter, the Rajya Sabha MP began questioning about Arnab Goswami, and went to the extent of saying that Goswami is ‘RSS Pracharak.’

Singh kept asking him why the channel did not report on the BJP leader Swami Chinmayanand being accused of rape.

The altercation went on for a few minutes, with Singh accusing Republic TV of being a ‘BJP channel’. Singh eventually stepped away, telling the reporter to ‘stand with rapists and be happy’.

Several people have shared the video on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other social media channels.

    I used to like him initial few years. Eventually he became biased. After his debate related to Mother Theresa never ever watched him ones. He is highly biased and one sided. He will never allow anyone to speak if they have a point against his political party. I guess hardcore bhakthas are only his viewers! My opinion is he is not a fair journalist, guess he does not even qualify to be a journalist!

    Republic TV (Media) is more of a HMV (His Masters voice) and Arnab Go swami is more of a trouble maker than an News Anchor. In every debate he acts as an intermediary favouring panelists of his choice (i.e. BJP members) - Arnab is always a biased personality

    Arnab cowswamy is the black dot in the history of Indian journalists.
    When he was with Times Now, he was okay like. Then he joined the Republic TV, which is owned by Rajiv Chandrashekar, a BJP Rajya Sabha MP from Karnataka.

    After joining Republic TV, Arnab turned into a Bogale Naayi for the BJP.

    Very sad that he has brought down the noble profession of journalism, in which maintaining neutrality is the key.

    Your last line "Jai BJP. Jai Arnab" itself affirms that Arnab is biased and supports Modi.

    Media is the fourth pillar of democracy and it is supposed to question the wrongdoings of the government in power. If it fails to do so that its and indication that the media is lapdog of the government.
