Puttur: Theft from R K Jewellers - Accused in judicial custody

Puttur, Sep 9: The three persons arrested by the police in connection with the theft of ornaments from R K Jewellers Uppinangady on the night of August 15 this year were produced in the court. They were remanded to 15 days judicial custody.

Bhagwal Singh (32) and Sunil Alias Sandeep (27) from Sansiwadi in Dahod district, Gujarat, and Jameel alias Chacha (60) from Dongri village in Boondi district, Rajasthan, are the ones arrested in the case.

Some more accused involved with the theft have remained elusive till now. The police are trying to find out their whereabouts and arrest them.
