Mangalore: PU Student Commits Suicide

Mangalore, Jun 2: A native of Kuppepadav Kilenjar near Bajpe committed suicide on Sunday May 31, by consuming poison. She has been identified as Lavina Pinto (18), a second pre-university class student of Udupi Balamandir.

Pinto did not have parents. Her elder sister and younger brother were taking care of her. During the summer holidays, her aunt Jasmine had invited her to her home in Kuppepadav. The girl stayed with the family for about 45 days. On the night of May 31, unexpectedly, she consumed some poisonous substance. The family immediately admitted her into a hospital in the city but to no avail. The treatments failed to save her. Bajpe policemen have registered a case.

    Sad news...but note body is temple of god, please worship it dont destroy. Present generation required more stability in heart & mind and it will be raised by giving classes of moral values.

    Very sad news.Heartfelt condelences to her brother and sister. I hope bajpe police will do the proper investigation, to findout the cause for death (suicide).
