Mangaluru: Workshop on naturopathy and yoga held at Canara CBSE High School

Mangaluru, Jun 17: The budding doctors of SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences Jewel Jerold Martis and Sinchana R S, conducted a workshop on naturopathy and yoga at Canara CBSE High School as a part of 5th International Yoga Day on June 15.

The workshop included yoga for kids conducted by Jewel to increase their memory and concentration power and to also strengthen muscle power.

Second half of the workshop was presided over by Sinchana on Panchatantras which are the five golden rules to stay healthy.

Kids and teachers took an active participation in the workshop and utilised maximum benefit from the camp by clarifying their queries and doubts regarding yoga and naturopathy.
