Mangaluru: Staff Enrichment programme held at Milagres Educational Institution

Mangaluru, Jun 15: A staff enrichment programme was organized for administrative and supporting staff of the institution on Saturday 15 June 2019 at 9.30 am in the college auditorium.

The programme began with a silent prayer. The resource person for the day was Sr Dr Vinora AC, HOD of department of clinical Psychology, St Agnes PG center.

Cassin Rodrigues, vice-principal, Milagres College escorted the guest and the campus director, Fr Michael Santhumayor on the dais.

Fr Michael Santhumayor, welcomed and introduced the speaker.

Sr Dr Vinora took over the session.

She explained the non-teaching staff role in dealing with students, parents, colleagues, she provided practical guidance as to how to be effective in their role in the office work.

Fr Joseph Lobo, correspondent Milagres Educational Institution addressed the gathering.

Vincent Pinto and team gave information of medical insurance to the staff.

As many as 37 staff benefited from this programme.

The programme was compered by Suman Lasrado, HR Milagres Educational Institution, and vote of thanks was rendered by Carol Tauro, Milagres College.
