Puttur, Jun 8: The Commerce Association conducted a CA orientation programme on Friday June 7. The event took place at Silver Jubilee Memorial Hall.
On this occasion Fr Vijay Lobo, principal, said that commerce is a course where students can achieve their goals. Further, he said students should work hard and fulfill their dreams.
The chief guest, N S Gopala Krishna Bhat, a CA by profession also gave a talk on this event. He pointed out that education is not a mark building process but a character building process. He also added that a good attitude leads everyone to the peak of success.
According to him life is full of choices and one must not lose hope in life. The individual should try until he/she succeeds. He said that one should believe in themselves and that anything is possible. Besides, one should learn to grab the opportunities. He then educated the students about the Chartered Accountant course.
On this occasion the coordinators of the association Rahul and Geetha Kumari were also present.
