Very sad.Negligence from parents par excellance.Nothing to say were no people near cooking dept?Everybody was absent? It is so high ,how could three years boy climb or reach ?I cant understand.Instead of taking to doctor should have put first in cold water.May this angel s soul rest in peace.Loos of child tragically a punishment enough.Nothing more I can say.
