Mangaluru Apr 2: B S Rao, a noted builder from Bengaluru, inaugurated 'Vishwas Sagar' commercial and residential apartments here at KPT on Tuesday April 2, a project by Vishwas Bawa Builders.
Addressing the gathering, B S Rao said, "People are under the impression that real estate owners have high margins. But in present situation, it is not true because of the increasing land value, high construction cost, establishment cost, never ending RERA problems and stagnant selling price. Projects coming up this year
Several projects of Vishwas Bawa Builders will be inaugurated this year such as Vishwas Puthige Adhit at Kulur in May 2019, Vishwas Supreme at Moodbidri in June 2019, Vishwas Venus at Jeppu in July 2019, Vishwas Carlbenz at Nanthoor in November 2019, Vishwas Alexander Heights at Pumpwell in December 2019 and Vishwas Heritage at Kulshekar in January 2020.
Apart from these, new projects will be launched such as Vishwas Mars at Jeppinamogaru consisting of 80 flats, Vishwas Sheshma at Nanthoor consisting of 70 flats and a commercial complex at Kinnigoli. There are three to four other projects under negotiation.
