Mumbai, Jan 10: For all those who took a dig at Rani Mukerji for thinking she was overweight, here comes her strong reply. The actor, who looked slimmer in a song sequence in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, has lost three kilos and is religiously sweating it out in the gym for over an hour six days a week.
We also learn that Rani is doing three days of weight training and three days of intensive yoga to burn fat and be fitter to get into the shoes of a cricket coach in her forthcoming film with Yash Raj Films.
And working out isn't the only thing she's doing to get a curvaceous body. Diet control is also on her agenda.
"Rani is on a no oil, no sugar diet. Butter, cheese and chocolates are a strict no no. Lots of salads and juice is on the meal. She is on a very controlled diet which does not build fat in her body, says a source.
The source adds, "Rani has a tendency to put on weight even if she is not eating unhealthy or fattening food. So, she has to maintain herself that much more."
And to get into shape and remain fit, Rani has got the help of none other than Satyajit Chourasia, the man who trained Aamir Khan to get that fabulous body in Ghajini.
Satyajit, however, was in no mood to reveal much, citing he did not want to disclose personal details about his client.
However, he said, "Rani has been training a lot with me and she hasn't been missing a single day of working out when she is in town. It is true that she is training six days with me."
With Rani set to sizzle with her toned body, we wait for Aditya Chopra to tell us how he finds the new Rani.
