How about one Complex consisting of various shops was looted and burnt. Not a single person is booked or arrested on the issue. While the complex was burnt police were stationed just 25 meters away. It was well planned as power was cut deliberately at the time. Many politicans visited the spot and justice was promised, but nothing happened. The loss to Venkatesh Stores is nothing while compared to the loss occured when the complete complex was burnt. Why is this double standard. Is this because the complex belong to certain community. Is the law has 2 faces? How can we trust the law then? Why justice is not done to the complex owners and none is arrested? I doubt that burning of venkatesh stores is preplanned just to blame people from certain community. Footage from CCTV is not clear and none can identify the person who is torchi9ng it. If in case he came there to torch why he should torch only a small portion. Why did he put fire to just one tyre instead of pouring kerosene on complete car. There is something fishy and i doubt it was planned by insiders only. In case judgement is done on this issue then court should take issue of burning the complex also and real culprits should be brought to justice. Justice denied to complex owners is like justice denied. This is unfair.

Mr James, you are right in saying that They should be charged for the loss of income from the shop for the last three years. I think it will better to be charged for the loss of income for life. At the same time i think you will recommend award to the cuprits who torched the complex few days ago. I wish you be Chief justice who can give fair judgement.
