Mangalore, Nov 24: The fifth annual day celebrations of Catholic Sabha of Mother of God church, Shaktinagar was held on Sunday November 23 evening.  

Catholic Sabha Episcopal city deanery president Raymond D'Cunha Taccode, Catholic Sabha regional president Martin R D Souza, secretary Flavia D'Cunha, parish ICYM director Ronald Prakash D Souza, Shaktinagar unit president Tony Pinto, city deanery president Yashwant D S, secretary Arun, spiritual director Fr Jayaprakash D Souza, parish council secretary Vincent, vice-president Praveen Sequeira and others were present on the dais.

The guests on the dais were given mementoes as a token of appreciation and gratitude by the Shaktinagar Catholic Sabha. 

Winners of various competitions were presented with prizes before variety cultural programmes were staged to entertain the moderate gathering.

A play written by Yashwant D S Shaktinagar and based on the Bible was presented on the occasion.
