Mangaluru: Website of Shakthi Education Trust launched

Mangaluru, Aug 24: The website ‘www.shakthi.net.in’ of Shakthi Education Trust was launched on August 23 by Dr Kishore Kumar C K, vice chancellor of Mangalore University.

Speaking on the occasion he said that the website of educational institutions are very important to the parents to know about the institutions in detail. Shakthi website includes all the details of not only the infrastructure but also scholastic and co-scholastic activities of the Shakthi Residential School, Shakthi PU College and Shree Gopalakrishna Pre-School.



Vedavyas Kamath, MLA of Mangaluru South said that the students are to be given value based education so that we can see a healthy society in future. He said Shakthi Education Trust should impart education of global standard.

Elvira Philomena, the president of DKPU Principal Association, and BEO of South Mangaluru S R Lokesh were the chief guests. Prabhakara G S, the principal of the college, rendered the vote of thanks.

Baikady Janardana Achar, the administrator welcomed the chief guests.

Naseema Banu, the Institution Development Officer, compeered the programme and gave information about the website.

Saguna Naik, Dr Muralidhar Naik, the trustees, Ramesh K, the chief advisor, PMA Razak, the MD of Plama Developers, Vittal, the principal of Kittel College, William D’Souza of Global Travels, Dr Kishore Kumar Rai Sheni, principal of Sri Ramakrishna PU College, well-known auditor Sri Ramulu Naidu, CEO of Aksharodyama Sunil Kulkarni, Madhulika Rao, principal of School, and Neema Saxena, the co-ordinator of Shree Gopalakrishna Pre-School were present.
